and our Consultants. Our work includes Forensic Investigation, Damage Assessment Evaluation,
Latent Defect Investigation, Mediation Litigation Support and Expert Testimony in the Florida courts
for (25) years.
We also conduct Draw Request Inspection Reports, and Transition Inspections. We assist
Bonding and Insurance Companies, Attorneys, Banks, Associations and Owners. Our (40) years of building
experience includes, Construction Management, Construction of high-rise
Condominiums through twenty-six stories, Institutional and Government buildings,
Shopping Centers and P.U.D.s, as well as, the design/build of shopping centers and custom
